Not working properly, bottom rod not heating

I have ordered the oven online through glen website and received a used, damaged product. The first impression on the product is very bad and i can rate 0 (if available) else it is 1. I don't have the used case experience to share it with you.

I am coordinating with glen team to get a new replacement and i am keep asking them to confirm whether i will receive a new unit instead of a used one. unfortunately, i am not getting any confirmation either through email or whatsapp support. i am confused and doubtful whether i lost my money by opting glen product and the support is not that great so far.
