- The models excluded to be used with carbon filters are 6050 all variants, 6070 JU, 6049, 6000 JU

- The carbon filters cannot be used with Auto clean & Island chimney models

- Carbon filters are secondary filters that are used with mesh/baffle filters. Its primary purpose is to absorb the odor and help the primary filter absorb oil particles, grease, and smoke. 

- The absorption power of carbon filters depends on the size of the charcoal granules and the thickness. It is usually used in the ductless chimneys and will never come as a built-in filter. These filters need to be changed within 4-5 months depending upon cooking habits because they are not washable.
